What is a 4-sided Closed Back Custom Tablecloth?

A 4-Sided Closed Back Logo Tablecloth is a custom printed table skirt that falls to the ground on ALL 4 sides.  Unlike our 3-sided tablecloth with logo which is open in the back, the 4-sided tablecloth has a fabric panel that covers the back of the table.  This custom tablecloth comes in sizes that fit 4-foot, 6-foot, and 8-foot wide tables.  You can choose any color under the sun for the tablecloth color and we can print your logo in full color and in any size on the front.  Check out some of the custom tablecloths we've printed for other customers below.

• We Print CMYK. If you need PMS color matching you must convert all of the PMS colors to CMYK before uploading art and this file MUST BE a vector EPS file.

When you place your order you will get an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail contains a link to upload your completed art-work. Once art-work is received you will be e-mailed a FREE Digital E-Proof of your Table Cloth to approve before your order will go into production. Do you need DESIGN HELP? We can design the Graphic for you.

If you do not have a completed 'print-ready' art file, then we can design your Graphic for you. The Graphic Design fee for this service is $25. This fee includes an initial design with 2 revisions. If it takes more than 2 revisions then there will be a $15 fee per revision after that. Our skilled Graphic Designers will create a completely one-of-a-kind graphic for your project. It will be based on the information that you provide to us. You must select the DESIGN IT FOR ME option when placing your on-line order. When you receive your confirmation e-mail there will be a link that says "CLICK HERE if you need one of our Graphic Designers to design it for you." This link will take you to an On-Line Information form where we will gather information about your design ideas. Here, you can upload logos/photos and tell us your design thoughts. Soon after you submit this form, you will be contacted by a Graphic Designer who will begin the design process with you. Once you complete the on-line information form and talk to our Graphic Designer you will receive your initial mock-up within 48 hours. The complete process from start to finish usually takes 2-3 business days so be sure to include this time in your schedule for when you need the order.

What artwork do I send for a Custom Tablecloth Logo?

The best artwork to use for tablecloth logo printing is a VECTOR EPS or PDF file.  Most companies and organizations have these as a part of their marketing collateral.  If not, the person who designed your logo initially should be able to give this artwork to you.  If all you have is a JPG or PNG, don't worry.  We can send these logos out and have them redrawn and made into a perfect vector file.  The fee for this is $25 but the result is a perfect Custom Tablecloth Logo.

How do you do Custom Tablecloth Printing?

All of our logo tablecloths are printed using a process called dye-sublimation. This state-of-the-art custom printing process creates a beautiful, full color, long lasting, and vibrant tablecloth that is fully washable.  When you want to put your best foot forward with a logo tablecloth at your next event, you can count on us to produce a high quality print that will last for many years of hard use.

Do you make a custom tablecloth?

While we can customize your tablecloth color and print your logo on it, we do not make custom sized tablecloths.  All of our tablecloth templates are sized to fit standard industry tables that are 4-foot, 6-foot, or 8-foot wide.  The 6-foot wide tablecloth is by far our most popular because it can be used on a 6-foot table but also looks really good on an 8-foot table.  However, we do offer custom printed convertible tablecloths which include special velcro tabs that allow the users to quickly convert it to fit BOTH 6-foot and 8-foot tables.

Do most people use a custom tablecloth for trade show?

Yes, most of the custom printed tablecloths that we make are for customer attending some type of trade show.  However, we make tablecloth everyday for a huge variety of display opportunties, including live events, farmer's markets, weddings, retail promotions, vendor booths, in-store displays, job fairs, college meet and greets, school functions, demonstration tables, and just about any other type of situation that would require a table.  Whether a custom tablecloth for trade show or any other live event, the need to present a clean, professional, and branded look is the same!
