Is there a standard size for custom tablecloths?

Selecting the right size for your custom tablecloth is essential to ensure a polished and professional appearance. While there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer, you can determine the size based on your table dimensions, and how you want the tablecloth to drape. We have 4-foot, 6-foot, and 8-foot tablecloths. Does a 6ft table fit an 8ft table?

We are often asked whether a 6 foot tablecloth will fit an 8 foot table. And sometimes, whether or not an 8 foot tablecloth will fit a 6 foot table. The answer is pretty simple. If you're trying to decide between a 6-foot or an 8-foot tablecloth we recommend going with the 6-foot size. Not only are 6-foot tables the most popular, but a 6-foot tablecloth also looks pretty good on an 8-foot table. It is just a little short on each size. But it still looks great from the front. However, an 8-foot tablecloth looks really sloppy on a 6-foot table. It bundles on the floor on each side and doesn't look that great but can be tucked under if necessary. Please NOTE that our FITTED and STRETCH tablecloths ONLY fit the size tables they are ordered for.

How do I clean and remove wrinkles from my table cover?

When it comes to cleaning your tablecloth you have a few options. First, you can spot clean it with a soap and water if there is just a small spot to clean. But, all of our tablecloths can also be laundered at home in a regular washer and dryer. We recommend not using bleach and laundering on the gentle cycle. We do not recommend dry cleaning our tablecloths because of harsh chemicals. 

When it comes to wrinkles, our only truly wrinkle free tablecloth is the stretch tablecloth. When it is pulled over the table, all of the wrinkles are stretched out. Even though our polyester fabric is wrinkle resistant, our standard and fitted tablecloth will show wrinkles over time as they are folded up in between shows. The best way we've found to deal with this is by using small hand held steamer to touch them up before a show.

What is the best type of fabric for custom tablecloth?

The industry standard fabric for a trade show tablecloth is polyester that has been treated with a fire retardant treatment, which most venues require these days. While different vendors sell different weights of polyester, we at CustomBannerLab use a flame resistant 300D mid-weight polyester fabric. We've been using this fabric for over 10-years and have had great success and customer reviews with it. It's the perfect combination of wrinkle resistant, durability, and opacity.

What are the advantages of a liquid-repellent tablecloth?

All CustomBannerLab tablecloths are also treated with a stain-resistant treatment. The advantages of this is if something is spilled on the tablecloth, the spill will bead up on the fabric rather than soak directly into it. This gives you a few seconds to quickly wipe away the spill before it stains your tablecloth by penetrating the fabric. This not only saves time and money on laundering but also helps to keep your tablecloth looking clean and professional at all times.

How do you customize a custom tablecloth?

Start by choosing the custom tablecloth design that fits your needs. In our easy checkout process, you’ll be asked to select a size, upload (or we can also design it for you), quantity, and you will also be asked if you want to add anything else.

Next, when you place the order and checkout, you will receive an email confirmation and a link to upload your artwork. Once you upload the artwork, our graphic designer will email you a digital mock-up of the design (proof) before your order is sent into production.

Once you’ve completed this process and approved the proof, our team will begin creating your custom banner. Production and delivery time is normally around 5-7 days.

What is the recommended way to submit my logo or artwork for custom tablecloths?

The best way to submit your logo or artwork is through email. Once you complete the order through our easy check-out process, you will receive an email confirmation. This email contains a link to upload your completed artwork.

If you need help with the design, we can also design a graphic (artwork) for you. Simply choose the “design it for me” option when placing your order through our easy check-out process. The graphic design fee for this service is $25 which includes an initial design with 2 revisions. If it takes more than 2 revisions then there will be a $15 fee per revision.
